Mrs. Nancy Glaze Died At Home Last Tuesday
Funeral services were held from Walnut Grove Methodist Church Thursday
morning for Mrs. Nancy Bethena Glaze, who died at her home on Conyers, Rt.
3, Tuesday, following an illness of one week.
The Revs. Josh Atha and O.S. Bailey officiated and interment followed in the
churchyard cemetery, with The E.L. Almand Co. in charge.
Mrs. Glaze was 86 years of age, native of Gwinnett County and member of
Lenora Baptist Church. She was highly regarded by everyone who knew her.
Mrs. Glaze was a widow of Mr. T.W. Glaze and is survived by six children,
A.M. Glaze, Monroe; L.M. Glaze, Mrs. P.G. Haney, Atlanta; O.R. Glaze, Mrs.
Newman Thomas, Lithonia, and Mrs. C.F. Ruthledge, of Conyers.
A large number of grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
The Tribune extends sincere sympathy to the bereaved family.
