Henry B. Glaze was born June 21, 1889 in Walton County, Georgia. He was the second child, and eldest son of Thomas Washington Glaze and Nancy Bethena Johnson. Henry died in 1906 at the age of seventeen. He is buried at the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church cemetery with his parents.
