YOGA for KIDS Camp – is back at Kingswood this summer! Natalie Leach,
RYT, CYKT will be back to teach boys and girls ages 7-10 in the
fundamentals of yoga while having fun. A typical day of YogaKids camp
includes an hour-long yoga class, challenge poses of the day and group
games, as well as dynamic activities such as creative art projects,
visualizations and storytelling. The camp runs from Monday, July
27-Friday, July 31 from 9am to 12 noon. Registration fee is $150 for the

Dwyer’s
Adventure Camp is coming to Kingswood. Come and join the fun this summer
at Adventure Camp. Coach Dwyer from Vanderlyn Elementary is hosting
three weeks of her wildly popular Adventure Camp at Kingswood UMC. Each
week has a different theme full of fun activities including water and
team building games. These camps will run June 22-26, July 6-10 and July
20-24 from 9am to 1pm for children ages 5-12. The cost is $105 per week
with a $10 discount for each additional child in the same family. To

CO-ED
INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE for AGES 4 ½-12
is back this fall at
Kingswood! We’ll be playing other nearby churches and will
rotate games which will be held on Saturdays. Evaluations
will be held on Sept. 8 and practice will be on Mondays and
Tuesdays starting the week of Sept. 14. Ages 4
½-5 will practice on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm, ages 6-8 on
Mondays from 5:30-6:30pm and ages 9-12 on Mondays from
6:30-7:30pm Registration fee is $95 per player
(reduced
to $85 with registration before July 13)
and covers uniform t-shirt. |

Elizabeth
Ramey is bringing recess to Kingswood! This program will
engage children in backyard games and activities that will
be tons of fun and lots of exercise. We’re offering classes
Mondays from Oct. 5-Nov. 9 from 1:15pm to 2pm for 2-5 year
olds on and Tuesdays Oct. 6-Nov. 10 from 4:15 pm to 5:15pm
for 6-10 year olds. Registration fee is $85.

Youth this fall. A new 4 week session will begin on
Thursday, Sept. 10 and will run through Oct. 1. Then a 6
week session will begin Thursday, Oct. 8 and will run
through Nov. 12. Children ages 4-5 meet 1:15-2:00pm, ages
5-9 meet 4:15-5:15pm and youth ages 10+ meet 5:30-6:30pm.
Cost for the 4 week session is $55. Cost for this 6 week
session is $80.

Jenni Miller, a Certified YogaKids
Associate with a M.Ed. in Special Education, is back with
YOGA FOR KIDS with Special Needs. Classes will be held on
Thursdays starting Oct. 8 through Nov. 12. Children ages 3-8
will meet from 3:45-4:30pm and ages 8-14 will meet from
4:45-5:5:45pm.. Cost for this 6 week session is $80. |

WEIGHT
TRAINING CIRCUIT CLASSES
NSCA-certified personal trainer Teresa Scheele will take
you
through a full body workout in half an hour! Classes are
twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays at either 12:15pm or 1:15pm)
in our fully-equipped weight room. Participants rotate through
exercise stations using dumbbells, machines, bands, balls, and
body weight exercises to target all 10 major muscles. Session
begins Oct. 5 and runs through Nov. 12. Price is $96 for the 6
week, 12 class session. Space is limited so sign up early. Moms
& Dads, get in shape while the little ones enjoy Kids Fit Fest
and Yoga! |

EXERCISE
CLASSES FOR SENIORS:
NSCA-certified
personal trainer, Teresa Scheele will guide you through these
full body workouts for seniors, focusing on exercises
that help with daily functional activities. Each exercise can
be modified based on participant's activity level. Chair-based
exercises are an option, but active seniors
are also challenged! Classes are twice a week on Mondays and
Thursdays from 11:15-12:00 noon. Session begins Oct. 5 and runs
through Nov. 12. Price is $96 for the 6 week, 12 class

OPERATION
BOOT CAMP:
Whatever your goals, Operation Boot Camp will jump start your
fitness progress with a 30-day specially-designed fitness boot
camp program .Their experienced team of instructors works with
you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals and
reach a whole new level of health. The group meets right here
at Kingswood in our gym weekday mornings at 6:00am and 7:30am.

YOGA & PILATES:
Join one or all of these ongoing classes. Yoga is held every
Tuesday, Pilates is held every Wednesday and the combined
Yoga/Pilates class is held every Saturday. All classes are in
the Fellowship Hall from 9:45 to 10:45am. Cost for the class is
$10 per class or $75 for a 10 class punch card. |

BALLROOM
DANCING is back this
fall with Tom Bellamy. This 5 week session will be held on
Sundays from 7-8pm in the gym beginning September 13 and running

TRAINING
Individual training sessions are available with our NSCA-certified
personal trainer. Several options are available based on your
goals, schedule, and available equipment. Meet on a regular
basis with our trainer in our fully-equipped weight room, or
just meet periodically to get trained on a new home
workout. Assistance with basic equipment purchases is also
