Kingswood members are encouraged to support our mission efforts by helping with the sale in any of the following ways:

 

Be a seller.  See the “seller information page” and sell your children’s items under  your own number.  You will receive 2/3 of the sale price of your items that sell.  Kingswood missions benefit from the net proceeds.  Please note that you must use the regular seller drop off times listed on the seller information page.

 

Donate items to sell*.  We will collect children’s clothing, toys, furniture, etc (as described on the seller information page) to sell under Kingswood’s number -- #1. Kingswood missions will receive the total sale price of these items.  (Note that non-children’s items will not be sold at this time.  We hope to continue this practice when we have more space available for the sale.)

Donations will be collected at these special times only:

        Sunday     September 10    4 - 7pm

        Monday     September 11    9:30 am – 12 pm and 4-6 pm

        Tuesday    September 12    9:30 am – 12 pm

Donations must be “tag ready” --- particularly clothes should be clean and unwrinkled with no tears, minimal stains, all buttons/zippers/snaps in place and toys should be sorted with all or almost all of their component pieces.

 

There will be extra jewels for your crown if you turn in donation items tagged and ready for the sale floor.  Follow the instructions on the “seller information page” and use Kinsgwood’s seller #1!

 

Volunteer to work.  Workers who work on 3 hour or two 2 hour shifts shop the first presale hour and get the best deals!  Having enough volunteers is also the only way this sale will work smoothly and ensure raising funds for missions.  Plus it’s fun!  Volunteers needed at various times throughout the week:

	Sunday, September 10	4:00- 7:00pm
	Monday September 11	9:00 am – 12 pm and 3:30 – 6:30 pm
	Tuesday September 12	9:00 am – 12 pm
	Wednesday September 13	9:00 am to 12:30 pm   4:00 to 7:00pm
	Thursday September 14	9:00 am to 1 pm; 3:30 – 8:30 pm
	Friday September 15	8:30 am to 12:30 and 1:00 to 7:00 pm
	Saturday September 16	7:45 am to 6:00 pm

*Donation items are limited to church members/regular attendee's simply to help provide volume control.  There is only a short time from Sunday to Thursday to get donations tagged and on the sales floor.  If you are not a church member, but have a particular high price item you would like to donate, or if you would like to donate a number of items tagged and ready to sell, please contact Carolyn Clifton to discuss.  Thank you!
